Power Rock Stone (PRS)
At Power Rock Stone (PRS), each stone statue is crafted with care using natural stone and traditional techniques. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a transparent and fair return and refund policy.
1. No Return Policy (General)
Stone statues are fragile, heavy, and handcrafted products.
Therefore, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered, except in cases of transit damage.
2. Damaged Products During Transit
If your product is damaged during delivery:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order
- Clear photos and an unboxing video are mandatory
- The product must be in its original packaging
After verification, we will:
- Provide a replacement, or
- Issue a refund, at our discretion
Claims reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
- Custom-made or personalized statues are non-returnable and non-refundable
- Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled
4. Natural Variations Disclaimer
Since all statues are handmade using natural stone:
- Minor variations in color, texture, size, or finish are natural
- These variations are not considered defects
- Such differences do not qualify for returns or refunds
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before production or dispatch
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
- PRS reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen issues (stock, logistics, or payment errors)
7. Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges due to the nature of stone products.
